Welcome to PPS Portal

With the Permit Processing System (PPS) Portal, you can:

• Submit permit applications.
• Upload technical drawings and other documents related to your permit applications.
• Pay permit related fees online using card or mobile money.
• Track the status of your permit applications.
• Request site inspections.
• Print permit certificates.

1. You will need to create an account to be able to submit applications.
2. You will need a mobile no. and an email address to create an account.
3. Applicants will be required to submit their Ghana card number.
4. If the application uses an agent, the agent's Ghana card number will also be required.
5. A Digital Address also known as Ghana Post GPS is required for all addresses including that of the site.
6. Technical drawings and other documents related to your permit applications should be in the .pdf format .
7. Use the Find Professionals menu item to locate certified professionals such as architects and engineers.
8. Use the Help menu item to access frequently asked questions, video tutorials etc.
9. You can always return to the Home page by clicking the "Home" at the top of the page or the "PPS Portal" logo at the top left corner of the screen.
